Webinars (or other e-learning products):
Registration for any BD Education Center e-learning product will not be considered complete until payment, if and when applicable, is received and approved. Following registration and payment, E-Learning Access Instructions will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout on the next regular business day following registration.
Unless otherwise noted, online access to an e-learning title will be granted for two (2) months from the date of registration and/or a maximum of five (5) visits. (Please see individual product descriptions for any exceptions.)
BD Education Center e-learning programs are intended for individual self-study; team training is not permitted.
Continuing Education Credit:
If professional continuing education credit is offered, additional details and instructions on how to attain the credit will be provided with the specific e-learning program. Typically, a registrant is required to view an entire e-learning presentation, pass a test to confirm learning, and submit a completed evaluation within a specified time period.

Limit of one CE application per online transaction.

The first and last name provided in the Customer Information section of an application will be the name on the completed CE certificate when issued, if approved.

Continuing education credit available through the BD Education Center -

U.S. registrants only.

Allow approximately six weeks for processing.
Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for customer cancellations.

All e-learning programs are subject to changes in price and/or availability.

BD reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any e-learning product without notice for any reason.
Outside the United States:

Unless otherwise stated, products offered through the BD Education Center -
E-Learning Registration Storefront are created for healthcare professionals in the
United States. In the event an e-learning title is made available to audiences outside the
U.S., participants are solely responsible to adhere to practices and/or techniques appropriate to his or her locale.

Payment is accepted in
U.S. funds only.
